Mixed Age Classes
Newborn - 4 years with adult
Adults, regardless of musical ability, can help create a fun environment that supports any child in achieving basic music competence.Children of mixed ages participate at their own level by singing, moving, chanting, dancing, listening, and exploring musical instruments.Together, music allows for fun and family bonding.
Big Kids Class
5 years (or turning 5 during semester) with adult
This class is for children who are ready for more musical knowledge. It will be great for children who have done mixed ages and are ready to learn some musical theory, tonal and rhythm patterns, improvisation, more intense instrument play, movement and game play. This class will meet for 50 minutes. The songbook and CD will be slightly modified for the older child as well as a workbook/flashcards and homework. Mostly it will be fun!
Babies Class
Newborn - 8 months old. A childs music development benefits greatly from early exposure as an infant. The music activities and materials are especially designed for parents who want to learn as much as possible about music development in infants. Share an intimate and inspiring time, meet other parents of babies and have fun!
